Handling Operations – Assists various teams to help identity, analyze and resolve operational issues and gaps related to Licenses, Service Contracts, Customer Master, and Service logistics in the ERP, using various tools and portals.
Performance Analytics – Works on building internal team performance KPIs/metrics and set up reports and Dashboards to ensure proper tracking mechanism.
Customer Analytics – Works on Customer request to help streamline various systems and databases. Identify trends in Customer requests and add intelligence to help manage Customer expectations better.
Process Improvement – Helps analyze and standardize various processes based on specific metrics to optimize/improve the quality and suggest better control functions.
