We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be a key contributor to the revenue growth of the region by partnering with our field and channel sales team to drive the quote-to-cash process.

Act as the subject matter expert in the Pipeline-To-Order-To-Cash process within region including the opportunity and quote creation process
Responsible for ensuring that all elements of the quotation process are completed accurately and on-time, including pricing, sales/deals desk approval and data integrity. Ensure maximum profitability and order success rate are achieved and business risk is minimised
Partner with sales team and channel community to structure and review quotes, ensuring all reviews and approvals are in place for non-standard terms
Responsible for clearing out issues within our IT ticketing system as they relate to quote and opportunity support
Communicate with the sales teams to clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on quotes/orders; provide continuous cross-functional operational support specific to sales operations
Support the execution of an efficient, consistent and accurate forecasting process
Researches and analyses historical data in support of sales
Coordinate and plan necessary training documents and presentations for new hires
Complete ad-hoc projects as required
Additional Language skills would be highly advantageous
3+ years in a Sales support or operations role
Knowledge and experience with technology products (hardware, software, services)
Understanding of business disciplines (finance, accounting, operations, sales)
Excellent verbal and written English and local language communication skills, with strong competence in professional and accurate use of language
Open to flexible working hours to support theater operations and coordination across multiple countries
Experience working on ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
Netsuite and Salesforce.com experience a plus!
